Welcome to Bringing Up Baby
BUB was born from a shared vision and the combined strengths of Eszter and Bron. Together, we have poured our passion, experience, and vision into creating BUB. We are proud to offer a space where parents can feel fully supported, meaningfully connected, and confident in embracing their own unique parenting journey.
As a social enterprise, we’re committed not only to offering high-quality, relationship-focused support, but also to making it available to those who need it most. Whether it’s through low-cost class options, partnerships with local services, or offering our time to families doing it tough, we’re passionate about creating a village where no parent feels alone, and every baby has the chance to feel safe, soothed, and seen.
Meet Eszter
Hi there! I'm Eszter, a Social Worker and Infant Mental Health Clinician. I have over 16 years of experience supporting families in the early years of parenting. I’m here to walk alongside you during those tender, beautiful, and sometimes really tough early moments, especially if your start has been more challenging than expected.
My work focuses on strengthening the connection between you and your baby. I don’t just work with parents, I work with babies and toddlers too. Because they have their own stories, feelings, and ways of communicating- even before they can use words.
At the heart of what I do is the belief that relationships matter. I work in a way that honours the relationship between you and your baby, helping you tune into one another and build confidence in your connection. I bring together my training across social work, infant mental health, and education to offer practical, compassionate, and personalised support.
Whether I’m offering support through counselling, infant massage, parent-baby groups, or just a safe space to talk, my goal is always the same: to help you feel more connected, supported, and confident as a parent.
Meet Bron
Hi! I'm Bron, a Legal Consultant specialising in Commercial Law. At BUB, I support the business side of things- bringing vision, strategy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping our families and those who support them.
What matters most to me is creating a space where everyone, families and team members alike, feel respected, valued, and supported. I care deeply about building a workplace that allows for flexibility, growth, and wellbeing, and I hope that the way we work reflects the same care we offer to the families who come through our doors.
It’s been such a privilege to help shape BUB alongside Eszter, and I feel proud of the thoughtful, heart-led community we’re building together.
